Step 1. Draw a Design Draft

Step 2. Determine the Fabrics and Accessories

Our designers will pick the best fabrics and accessories according to the design draft and style drawings; considering texture and quality because the fabric with determine whether the clothing version will be well displayed.

Step 3. Pattern Making

The designer will then hand over the design draft and fabric to the pattern maker and communicate with the pattern maker about the shape, texture and feeling of each piece of clothing in advance. The pattern maker will make the first plate sample on a computer, according to the effect the designer wants.

Step 4. Sewing Samples

After the pattern maker prepares the paper pattern and completes the fabric accessories, the sample maker will go ahead and make a sample. Every detail in the sample making process may affect the overall feeling of the clothes. Therefore, a sample making tailor with rich practical experience is required; it is only by doing it this way that he or she can achieve making a perfect sample.

Step 5. Model Fitting

A piece of clothing must not only pursue beauty, it must also consider the size, version, comfort and so on. After the first sample is completed, the model will be asked to try it on. Then, it will be compared with the design and the designer will confirm the effect and make necessary adjustments. Step 6. Determine Different Size Parameters

After the production of the sample clothing is completed, it will be handed over to the pattern maker to determine the relevant parameters for different sizes. Unaku has sizes such as UK14, UK16, UK18 and so on. The measurement of each size is different from the length, sleeve width, measurements and so on.

Step 7. Mass Production

Samples, paper patterns and a large number of fabrics will be sent to the factory together before production and before the factory produces a batch of clothes, it will go through the process of fabric inspection, shrinkage, row label, cutting, sewing, packaging and so on. The appearance of a piece of clothing is a complicated process, with thousands of meters or even tens of thousands of meters of fabric. It will be produced on the machine assembly line and the production process is more complicated.

Step 8. Put on the Market

Before every piece of clothing goes from a design draft to the market, it goes through several processes of pouring the efforts of countless Unaku brand people - designers, pattern makers, sample sewing master, models, workers and many other staff.  

The fabrics of the clothes will gradually change subtly because of the temperature of being hand-made; well not until they are worn by fans they have given a complete soul and life to.
